One of our SMSTS/SSSTS Qualified Contract Managers will be on call at all stages including;

-Initial site walk and programme meeting

-Screening all candidates to ensure their experience, skill sets and behaviours are the right fit for the project

-Attend site first day to help guide operatives to induction and conduct a PPE check

-Regular post placement visits to ensure the quality continues

Using our ‘Working in Partnership’ model allows all site staff to be uniform with our clients logo on all upper body garments at no extra charge.

All operatives will be fully compliant with site specific PPE.

Ngage have partnered with some of the UK’s leading training providers, offering our operatives the opportunity to up skill on and off site.

One of Ngage’s core values is to continuously develop and this means our workforce are required to be flexible and adaptable with transferable skills.

Our Contract Managers are trained to deliver Face Fitting on site for our workforce free of charge.

We are able to provide ‘Random’ or ‘For Cause’ D&A Test’s on site as and when required

We subscribe to a Chemist on Call Check service so we can assess and provide a definitive report prior to engagement if one of our operators is fit to be on site with the prescribed medication and that the are fit to operate plant. This check is done prior to engagement so all parties are aware and there are no unnecessary risks being taken due to medication.
